Didnt cover my console this winter like an idiot. Now that I got the boat started I cant seem to get anything to work. Bilge pump, lights etc. I know I should scrup the corrosion of the connections but I only have 6v at each switch. Im wondering if I am missng a terminal or fuse somewhere that could be corroded or blown. Any advice?

Check your grounds most DC voltage problems are ground related....................

Water is bad for those breakers under the panel.

Next check your battery. Turn on your lights, radio everything else except maybe the starter on your motor. Take a volt meter across the "lead" terminals. It should be like 12.5 to 13.5 V. Next move ONE lead to the lug on the wire connected to your battery. If it is not more or less the same voltage that lug has corrosion underneath it. Next place lead 1 back on the battery and move lead 2 to the other lug.

If you have long enough meter leads work your way from connection to connection until you find the weak link.
