Dameron Marsh area-Speckled Trout

Will be in my 23' CC Boston Whaler Dauntless this weekend and am thinking about running up to Maryland to fish for striper if weather not too bad. My back up plan would be to stay close to shore in the GWR or Dameron Marsh area. Anyone fish for speckled trout in the Dameron Marsh area this time of year? If so, what time of day and lure types work best.

Might still be early for Specs but Rockfish cruise around those grass beds and drop offs. try red/White Mirro Lure, curly tail or gulp jigs.
