You can make one just as nice if not better for about 1/3 of the cost and a few hours labor. bmail if you want instructions/design
appreciate the offer boss, but did the do it your self route about ten years ago on a floater-- what a cluster f. I'd rather spend my time hunting and fishing and leave the fabricating to those that know what they are doing

10-4, ours works GREAT. let me know if you change your mind. I've hunted out of Avery's before not too bad at all. But significantly lacking in "depth" ......a little extra fast grass or some of those grass clumps would help alot in making it more 3-D.

I purchased the cabelas blind last year. I love it. It was easy to assemble and worked great all season. I did get the Avery grass instead of the Cabelas grass, which was a good idea. The Avery grass looked much, much better and has good 3D characteristics to it. I thought the money was well worth the return.

I like the pop-up brand blind. $ 1040. to fit my 16' lowe boat. I'm building one useing my buddys 20 yr. old one for a pattern. Frames a piece a cake, the camo is another story.

tell me about it, fastgrass and all that stuff looks great, but if this thing works like it promises, I'll never buy that stuff again, meaning $40 more towards ammo.

Another great idea from pbramble. Simply amazing time and time again.
One day my friend, one day.

Thanks for the help guys. I decided to go with the Avery. The Pop-up brand starts at $1,300 now and I wasn't crazy at the profile. I'll do some 3-D filling here and there on the Avery.
Karl, get you butt out of bed this winter and come down so we can shoot some birds together this winter.

It's worthless taking Karl duck hunting, he's like a little kid, his feet get cold and he starts crying about wanting to quit. He does rock the old school brown camo though.

Yea, I can hear it now--- "I want my momma" But, I can also see it now-- Mr. GQ of the duck blind.

OK boys, first off. pbramble, you will be lucky if you get 10 days in the field this year. GAW, this is that guy who has to bring his girlfriend to deer and duck camp. I'll say no further, but you get the drift. I could go on for hours. Second, I dont need to buy every new duck gaget that comes on the market to kill my ducks. pbramble is a walking poster child for DU, Avery, Redhead....he even had DU Pro Team, embroidered on his bibs and jacket. Also, for some reason he thinks he can call birds from 3 miles away. Yup, he's that guy.
Lastly, my Columbia brown camo that my dad bought me is 10 years old and still does the job. No need for the fan#y ******.
Glenn, im coming, im very free these days.
OK pbramble.....what ya got now?

I got B&%$@es in the living room gettin it on, and they aint leaving til 6 in the morn, Karl.
I like gadgets, but I don't leave the blind cause I'm cold, that's a cardinal sin as far as I'm concerned.

The Avery fast grass is the only thing i use..........the stuff works great for floaters and stationary. Its a little expensive but is worth the price because it can be used for more than one season if you take care of your ******
