The ash over there on your side of the pond? Are you going to have to play Michal Jackson and wear a mask? :eek2:Also is it enough that it will affect the waters? I’m not sure, but isn’t ash alkaline by nature? If so it may change the ph of your water a little.

Well, dark clouds are hanging over the country .... nah, have not seen a thing of it.
In the news there where mumbling about the red sunsets we would get, also a no
show where I am at.
Somebody did jump in front of the train this morning but that happens disturbingly often lately.
Flights have been halted, our queen and her entourage had to take the train to
Denmark for the birthdayparty of the Danish queen - man that is tough :sweatdrop:
BTW I was not invited but I will go next week, not to drink tea at the queens but
to chase searun browns in the Baltic sea again.
I got four days to get a fish and it might be tough since that long cold winter has
slowed life down in the Baltic sea.
Still the first worm hatch has commenced and catch reports from that place are on the
increase.
So you see, nothing good comes out of Iceland.
I actually planned to go there since I noticed that the second hand truck dealer on my
way to work was selling 2nd hand trucks from that country.
They had to be in pretty bad shape so I thought they would lower their fat cat prices for fishing
there, but no - still way to expensive.
For a couple of days fishing in Iceland I could spend a month in the USA - so that's where I will go

Well you know we will welcome you with open arms:clap:. These kind not these kind:2guns: And how dare they not invite you for at least a drank:beergood:. As for the fishing. I was just listing to the news. They where talking about the run off from melt on the mountain were the volcano erupted. their talking about the amount of water and where it will go and how much damage it could do:helpsmilie:. Man I'm glad I live were it's boring. But I'm glad to here you are not being afected to much.
A few reports I've heard from reporters on the scene in Europe say that the ash in the sky is really not visible. So dunno what to think. Now I'm hearing that they are sending up a few test planes to see if there is any damage to the engine. So dunno if authorities over-reacted or what.

Hey Howard. You would know this. Even though the ash may not be visable. With rain would it impact the ph of the water?????? Also even if it isn't visable , It will fall and leave a layer some were. Will it then have any impact on the waters ph?????
