Went to check my new food plot today when I got home from work and when I walked up to it I saw someone running away. I eased over that way and found a nice new hang-on stand hokked on the bottom of an oak tree about 6 feet off the ground. It was camoed well with artificial leaves. Too bad they had to leave it behind[grin]

Some people have big kahunas. I'm headed back in a minute to set up my new Cuddyback trail camera to find out who it was as I'm sure they will be back looking for my new free tree stand.

I picked up my moultrie camera today and 3 hours before I was there two fools walked by, got a nice closeup of their face and didn't steal the camera..

Posted sure as hell doesn't mean anything. Talk about pissed.

Are you the same Dave Sikorski that used to own Columbia Auto Parts in Randallstown? Just curious.

good thing they didn't steal your camera.....
Seems like they wre just out for a good stroll in the woods.

Yeah I guess they can't be too bad...but there's been 4 wheelers riding my woods recently too...I could care less if they are there in the spring and summer but when they start affecting deer season...IT'S ON!!!

They can mess up the deer by riding around during spring and summer. It will effect where they choose to reside. Big bucks do not care for being disturbed.

Wonder why they would be stupid enough to hang a stand 30 days early, knowing it is not their land? Poachers should know better.

My brother-in-law taught me the rules. If you are going to cross the line....stay mobile. Take a stand in with you...hunt...get out! Never come out the same way you went in. Don't let yourself be patterned. If you get one, get on the phone and get some help. Take everything (stand, deer, gear, weapon) out in one shot.

If you are gonna hunt without permission, you gotta stay smart. If your picture get taken by a trail cam, you have no choice but to take the camera. Else, that would be just plain stupid.

Poaching is much easier with a bow. That gun noise can sure get you busted.

Got some pics on my camera of two guys wearing orange and one had a shotgun. The pics were taken the first week of Sept. Don't know what they were doing??? Maybe dove hunting? But the pictures are pretty funny.
