My food plots are getting regular visits. I shoot my Parker at least every other day. Bring it on.

Most guys do not kill jack with the bow. I am not going to get to hyped up because getting cocky usually prceeds failure. I am going to do what I can with what time I have and pray that God will see me fit to allow me to make a clean shot on one of my pets.[wink]

Kepone you touch me with the way you type. You are a genuinly pretty person.
I am looking forward to bow season! Looks like I am going to have to sell the meat this year to help offset the gas money.
You know, there is no Hunters for the Hungry collection site near A. P. Hill in Caroline county. Would be nice to get rid of the deer meat quickly. Hate to have to bring it all the way home.

I see more deer and have the opportunity to kill more deer during bow season than anyother time of year. Hell ya I'm pumped.

I could really give a flying fig if I kill one or not, but I am really jacked about just going out and hanging around in a tree. I love bowhunting simply for the finesse of it. ( Anyone can shoot a deer with a rifle, anyone can cast a bucktail for a striper, but not every one has the patience to learn how to through a fly 90 feet or wait till that monster buck comes in to 30 yards quartering away.)
I just enjoy getting out, away from the office, phones, etc. where I dont have to listen to $hit, but the birds, and other critters.
But.....the Mathews is dialed in and ready. Any shooters that get too close are in trouble. Hopefully all my backyard carbon flinging will payoff.
Good luck to you fellow [long] stick throwers.
