My food plot is a dust bowl and all these little birds are flying away with my seed ($$). I thought I planned it perfect. sprayed, cut, disced and then planted with a 3 day forcast caling for showers and thunderstorms. That was a month again and haven't had a lick of rain yet[sad]
Welcome to farming I guess. I've only got a small patch, I couldn't imagine having thousands of $$ and hundreds of acres left up to ma'nature.

Is that from a bikini wax??:>:>
Nothing worse than a dry patch.
If I didn't say it somebody else would.
That sucks, this time of year it's either feast or famine and the forecsat the next week or so isn' really looking any wetter.

As I read this post I can hear thunder off in the distance. Maybe the raindrops are heading my way.

I have 3k in clover planted three weeks ago, feel your pain and then some. Living on heavy dews in the morning until we get some precip. Could have made some money with a water tank this year.

My three small plots are planted close enough to a water source that I can water them. They all look great. Its also raining in Disputanta as I type.

Well we miss it !!!!!!!!!! Rain made it a point not to come our way. Radar on the news showed lots of rain everywhere but not here. Maybe tomorrow.
