Do fiberglass blanks usually hove more than one spine. I have a St. Croix 2S70HF Blank and it seems to have more than one.

Yes they sometimes do. Find the dominant spine and go with it!!!

I know that when I was building some Shakespeare blanks they had 2 spines and like Kevin said I found the dominant one and used that.
