I just bought a Avet SX reel, and am trying to decide what kind of rod to put it on. I will primarily use it for jigging and live lining, but want the ability to cast as well. I am considering the Okuma Cedros, but wasn't sure about their ability to cast. Any input would be appreciated.

What kind of fish are you going to target?? Have you ever thought about getting a Custom Rod built, I know I can match a rod up with the reel you would use. I have built a couple for guys in Florida and I just ship it to them. If you ever want to talk about one just give me a call or bmail me and I will call you.
