Saturday Lower Potomac

[Mushy]

Fished the Colonial Beach Fire Dept. Tournament on Saturday. Had three friends on board and we fished the area of the fuel docks on the Potomac. Caught 7 fish total with the two biggest being 42" each and was good enough for second place in the tournament. We had a great time and these guys I had on board should have been comedians as they had me rolling all day.

Mushy, Great job on placing 2nd in the tournament. We fished up by Stewarts and the anchored barge, trolling back and forth across the river and we did not catch a single fish. Congrats again.

man i wish there was a croaker tornmeny in maryland and be nice it was in southern maryland next to a pier so non boat angler could get a chance to compete it a tornemy like that sound fun.
only got a ocean kayah and it not ready for open water fishing yelt.
nice to see the croaker are out wouder how the potomac is looking on the md side of the river are they in force yelt any spot yelt?
