I was just looking at the club website and noticed there has never been a Backriver Rodfish turned in. I bet you could make that a new category and you'd even set the club record for it. Nice catch buddy!! I hear they put a pretty good bend in your rod also.

Between this thread and your interest in club speakers i thought I would start talking to my kayaking buddies and we would get a good future speaker. Kayakers use rod leases to make sure they do not lose a rod in the case of an accident. In other words it would prevent you from dropping your flounder rod over-board. If we can not get the speaker, i would be happy to help you make a few for when you are flounder fishing. I realize those buggers can pull the rod right out of some folks hands, what with the awesome strike and initial run they make. Let me know if you need the help. ;-)
