Going out with some buddies on a 20' pontoon party boat rigged for trolling chutes and tandems. We've hit it hard maybe twice before (mostly midlake and dike3) and have been nothing but skunked. Methinks the rapid alcohol consumption and 5+ people on the boat contributed to this, so we're only doing 3 'serious' fisherman Saturday.

Any suggestions for places, techniques, or specific lures so maybe can avoid being skunked one last time and swearing the damn place off forever, which would be a shame since the boatowner lives in Ladysmith so Anna is practically his backyard?

We usually run 6" swimshads and/or 4" soft jointed minnows, usually in gray and white w/ white or red 1/2oz heads, sometimes with bucktails on the lures.
