Went out for the opening morning of muzzleloader today. Set up where I saw 6 on Monday while turkey hunting. Too windy and too hot. Only thing I saw this morning was one lonely squirrel. May head back out this afternoon for an evening hunt. All depends on this heat wave, 78 is too hot for November. Anyone else have any luck today?

Didn't see a deer. Usually I see at least 2 or 3. Buddy didn't see anything either. Bad Moon - Hot weather I believe.

Let's hope it is the calm before the storm.

I didn't see anything either. It was all I could do to keep from sweating on my way to the stand. I think the heat should break on monday.

Shot a 5 pt with my bow at 6:55 up here in maryland. Was about 55 degrees at the time. 2 Friends went out that afternoon and both saw deer, one killed a doe, about 75 degeress here in the afternoon and the other guy saw a fair 8 pt and a big doe moving through.

I also saw a bunch of does in morning between sunup and 8:30.

the last tow days the deer seem to be moving heavy early and late (atleast on the farm i hunt). i should start to get good.
