Okay guys and gals, yesterday was the opener of the regular gun season here in Va. Who got lucky? I managed a cowhorn spike. Came by me and I could tell that he had already been hit once in the hind leg and the bone was sticking out. Normally I would have passed him up for something bigger, especially since it was opening day, but figured I put an end to his suffering. Well now I have meat for the freezer and can now target "Big Bubba".
