Crab Bait

On the VA Eastern Shore. Looking for bunker/menhaden supply for crab bait. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Would appreciate any assistance provided.

I hope your aren't crabbing with indivual traps, crabs will tear it off and you'll spend the day re-baiting.....made that mistake once, just once though! :))

You travelling there or live there? If you're passing though Cambridge, Kool Ice has what you need.

About a mile or so north (maybe farther) of Kiptopeake there's a quonset hut (hidden behind trees) just a few yards off the road (Rt 13, east side) where they have what you want. Search it out if that's the area you are near.

Thanks for the info, will look into. Sorry for not responding sooner, just got back from a month on the GOM oil spill, missed a good month of crabbing and flounder fishing on the ES VA.
