Hunted a new spot this mornign, didn't want to chance crossing the James with the potential winds. Didn't do to bad on Puddlers-1 Black Duck, 3 Mallards...My F&*^@# Dog wont stay in the boat though!

Be careful most of the Elizebeth River is not huntable. Anything in the City limits is off limits. Glad you nhad a good hunt.

Hey Eastduck, Which City? (Uh Oh!?), We were in Chesapeake City Limits and I didn't see anything in the regs not permitting it.

The regs point out that Norfolk City, where much of the Elizabeth River flows, limits are off limits to hunting. Chesapeake is OK.

Hey guys Im trying to find out more about these sea ducks that are around the around. Getting a little old watching ducks fly by. I live by the "when in doubt don't" saying so I have held back on shooting lately. Im used to inland duck hunting with blacks mallards, woodies and geese.

i guess as long as your in ches. city limits and traveling with a unloaded covered gun i dont see a problem[smile] congrats
