Power Tilt Question

When the motor is up it SLOWLY drifts back down. Can't notice it until the next morning. No big deal as the trailering bar keeps i tfrom going all the way down. But, I am concerned about what's causing it. I guess back to the dealer but not til after the crab season. Any thoughts? thanks

Internal leak. One of the valves or seals is on the fritz.

I hope it's under warranty!!

Same thing with my Yamaha 90. Beacon Light wanted $1300.00 to repair it. Not in this lifetime!!!!

I have the same thing on an old 89 evinrude. worked fine til I changed the fluid. 2009 should be under warranty. My luck an 89 ain't. I just use the flip thinggy to hold it up trailering. It don't seem to be a prob under power.

Don't even get me started on that rip-off artist. Tried to sell me a 22 DLV for 26K. Even the bank laughed. I went to Jr's just over the bridge and had it out the door for 19,500 with bottom paint and Gps combo unit. Would of bought it if my darn 60' zero turn didn't take a crap on me. 8k for a new one. Oh well, crabbn don't pay enough so I put the cash back into the biz. ;-/
