I was out on the eastern side last Wed. evening and this Sunday morning on incoming tides. It was slow but not devoid of fish. I landed two nice, healthy fish of 30.5 and 25.5" last Wed. and two 20" fish on Sunday (one with myco lesions). It's a slow pick at best but there are some fish up tight to the pilings. Should get better in the next few weeks.

Fished the Eastern side of BB on Weds evening and Thurs morning. Southwest winds on both days. A little chop on Weds but very fishable. Saw lots of Rays and even caught one that took me for a little ride and broke my rod when I went to release it. Had a second rod. Caught about 15 Rock fish. All small throwbacks except one at 18". All caught in 20+ feet of water. Thurs - a little bit stiffer SW wind and more chop. Only fished a couple of hours. Hard to hold tight to the bridge piers. Caught two throwbacks.

Thanks for the report. Hopefully, the larger class of schoolies will show up in force soon. How did the yakkers do in the KI CCA tourney?

I fished the kent island CCA, Fished the bay bridge for about 5 hrs, with no bites, there were boats at just about every piling. During the whole time I fished, we didnt see a single fish landed by them. Did slightly better in the Severn river but no keepers. Hooked and landed 3 sting rays though. Ran into another yakker in the tournament he said he had not got a single bite all day and still had not by the time i left. The boat traffic really had the fish in a non feeding mood.
