Upper Severn River

Son Peter and I soaked some bloodies Saturday late pm in a very high tide off the point @ Indian Landing. First cast was a nice healthy bait-size spot. With the good water and overcast skies I figured the bite was on! But no, not another Spot to be had....
While we were there we saw some "mini-blitzes" and breaking fish. Whatever was under there had no interest in a surface plug. Maybe next time?

I am really hoping to hear some reports of topwater activity within 15-20 miles of Naptown.

From what I hear there have been quite a few rays busting bait in the river this spring. Might be, might not............Hope you get into them.........
