The state of Maryland has a lot of people - - -
A lot of these people would like to have a concealed carry permit - - -
A half a million CC permits (ala FL or PA) at $200 a pop and we are talking real money - - -
Anybody know a guy called Chumbucket, I hear he is O'Malleys friend :D :D :D
