I bought two of these radios for my boats 21 months ago , the first one crapped out in 15 months now the other is gone but the worst part is it is flushed mounted in my console and the inserts in the housing turn when I try to remove the mounting bracket,tech support says"looks like your screwed"Northstar has gone from quality to JUNK . I have to remove the center console to cut this piece of crap out.Think twice before you buy any Northstar product
