Recommendation on Electrical guy

Anyone out there have a marine electrical tech in the Annapolis area you like? Can't get power to my 12V accessory panel. Motors/gauges running fine, batts in good shape. Have checked fuses, cleaned connections, looked for loose/pinched wires, but no joy.
