For those of you who live too far from the Northern Neck to be able to hear the NOAA Weather Reports for the Neck and So. Maryland - go to the following site and you will be able to get the latest weather report just as we get it on the radio

PC,
Great site. Wonder if they will be anymore dependable the the others. Most of the time best way to figure the weather is to be there and look for yourself.

Agreed. Maybe NOAA makes better predictions elsewhere in the country but I find they frequently miss the mark in the bay around the Northern Neck.

Just take their forecast (guess) for the waves on the bay and multiply times two. Thanks for the website!

That won't work Mushy. I have called off charters when the forecast was for small craft warnings and the next day it is dead calm and blue skies. What might work better is to expect just the opposite of the forecast.

For currrent wind conditions and some water temperatures around the Bay, try the Weatherflow site and their demo for the Bay.
