I will be traveling to RI , leaving Northern Va at 1;00 PM Tues. Looking for suggestions on the quickest route to take. Should I take Jersey turnpike or GC Pkwy? Not really concerned with saving on the tolls as I am traffic congestion and such. Will be returning the following morning.
