Gunpowder state park

All right finally going to head out to the gunpowder with the Mrs. , we plan on putting in at the state park off of Ebenezer. Any advice on where to go from there or how far out ?
Only been there once a few years ago so any help would be appreciated.

Anywhere really. But the prefered spots seem to be at Maxwell pt directly across from the park or the mouth of the Dundee about a click right from the park.
