1200 feet trotline. 3 hours out with my daughter in the evening. Moved twice. Started up river and finished at the mouth. Not much going on with keepers. Ended up with 11 crabs. Only one over 6.5 Was a nice evening and a nice dinner for just the two of us.

Enjoy the ones you got... Better luck next time. Middle River has totally died out too. Not sure where they all disappeared to.

Not sure it is where they went but I fished the flats last evening and we had crabs stealing our bait. We kept a few that rode in to the boat. They were very nice crabs so go figure that out.

caught 8 black bottom keeper crabs while fishing from my kayak in the severn and probably threw back at least as many.
Down there it would be normal but up on the Flats is early I thought, but maybe not just suprised to catch crabs there......
