Pax waterfront property

Does anybody have any good sugestions on where to look for water front property on the Patuxent river. I'm looking for something between the 231 bridge and Solomons. Just looking for a little land to put a pier on and build a shed to keep boat in.

Price range? Bottom fishing in the river? Bay? deep water?

There is a property available on Mill Creek, Hollywood, St. Mary's County. Easy access out to the river; property appears to have good water. It's located on Clark's Mill Road and has a small house on the property plus a pier. Believe it is listed by Century 21. List is $359 k range. Haven't seen the house so don't know the condition inside.

Max is 150K. Anywhere on the patuxent as long as water is at least 3feet deep and i can get out to the bay

Thanks, I've seen that property online. It's just a lil to pricy for me. I'm just looking for some land with no house that has a pier or i can put one on.

Don't know much about the pax, but some counties won't let you have a pier without a house. Might want to look into that before purchasing.
