Right now the hot spot is the NNReef located between Buoy 62 and Smith Point Lighthouse. Do a search on the NNReef and I posted the GPS cordinates last week. Of course the season goes out next Wednesday 06-15-05. Will not be back in until Oct. Potomac and Maryland season stays open until Dec. 15, 2005. Good place in Maryland is the Triangle located off Point Lookout. As far as the Rapp. Never fished it for stripers.

If you want to chum for Rockfish go up to the Southwest Middle Grounds in Maryland. Go to the channel edge where the water gets to about 30 feet deep and anchor there. I would look from buoy 66 up to bouy 72 for the charter boats lined up along the edge and find a place to work into the zone. Should be rocks and blues all along there now.
