Went out by myself at daybreak, 1200 ft of line, 2 hours - 1 bushel.
Why does a bushel of crabs make a Labor Day picnic so much better?

sounds spectacular! what area did you crab? I usually crab the broomes island area...going out in 2 weeks to try our luck

I always crab downriver within sight of the Benedict Bridge.

It has been an extraordinary year. Doublers on every other piling, big full crabs. Next year will be even better....
