I went fishing yesterday with a new friend name Ralph on the Severn River at round bay and the tide was high going out at 5am and the wind was 5 to 10. So we left out of Smith's Marina at Brown's Creek and went to Plum Creek to check it out but it sitll had some red tide in it so we left and went outside the creek and across the other side. When we got out in the midddle the water was nice and clear but when we got to the other side there it was red tide again so we left and went to Clements Creek. At this end of the river its cleaner and the fish don't have to hunt as hard for food.We are using my feather spinner baits and catching just about one per cast and the fish were 5" to 10". It would have been better but there was to much boat traffic in the creek,I know better its a Holiday. My friend Ralph wanted to use something else for a while so after I was catching 5 to his 1 he switch back and started catching again. Ralph also like trying to catch the flying fish ,you know the ones that live in the trees. We had a slow day today we only caught about 150 white perch and my friend Ralph took home around 20 real nice white perch and all the others we let go. I will never go out on the weekend or holiday again. So if you want to go fishing with me on the weekdays only leave me a private message and we will talk and go.So good luck and GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS..............WOODY:yes::thumbup::clapping2: :photo4:
