I am thinking about fishing out of Reedville and was wondering what was biting out that area? I have a moderate sized boat and do not try to push to far out into the Bay and was wondering what was available within a mile or so of the ramp?

There was a time when you could go into the GW and catch plenty of croaker. For some reason they have not made it there this year. Maybe later. We have been catching Rockfish on the NNReef, but the season has closed. Potomac and Maryland season is still open. They have been catching Rockfish around buoy #9 in the Potomac. To be perfectly honest there is little going on as of now. Reports of plenty of croaker in the Tangier Sound, but that is a good hike across.
