headed to to do some campin this weekend on the Chick. I was wonderin were's the best place to find some cats, gonna bring the boat as well as do some shore fishin any ideas or suggestions?? Thanks

There's a creek up from the campground at hy 5 bridge, going up the chick. on the left. Stay to the left going up from the campground cause it's shallow on the right, the creek isn't too far from campround. I don't know the name of it but I'll try to google earth it and let you know. It has a public or wildlife, boat ramp on it, anyway my friend caught a 38 lb. bluecat in one of the bends in it near the chick. I google earthed it and the only name I can find is Morris creek comming in to the larger creek I'm talking about. Maybe it's one and the same. The boat ramp is at the end of state rd. 621. PS If you are staying at the chick campground it's only about 3/4 of a mile up from there on the left. stay left going into the creek mouth too, it's shallow on the right also.
