Going out in the mouth of the Rapp Saturday and probably into the evening. Sounds like the the Spanish may have vacated. Any ideas on where we can catch fish. Had plenty of croaker and looking for flatfish (heard the mouth where I'm a going is good but don't know where?), Spanish or blues.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Heard there were some gray trout? Maybe at the old haunt under the Whitestone Bridge.

Thanks,

Sam

Try the spike - green pilon at the mouth on the Stingray side - ther have been some trout there and also at Butler's Hole. I hear there are flounder caught at # 7 as well. If all else fails, look for the birds working the bar and troll faster than you would for blues - 7-8 mph.
