I went fishing today with a new friend name Pat on the Severn River at little and big round bay and the tide was mid way going out at 7am.The wind was 5 to 10 and sunny,so we left from Smith's Marina at Brown's Creek and went to Hopkin's Creek looking for LY'S and found none.So we work the shore line with my 1/8oz and 3/8oz feather spinner baits and we caught some real nice white perch which we let go.After working this creek we went to Maynadler Creek and still no LY'S.So we headed for Brewers Creek and still no LY'S or fish so we went to Asquith Creek and found the LY'S and the fish where there. We caught about 15 LYS and we started working the piers.I had seen one real nice striper at the first pier we put the LY'S under, but I missed him. After working the pier on the left side going out,we went over by the flag and my friend Pat hook a real nice 24 1/4" striper. So we went down the shore line and Pat hook a nice 21" striper and at this time of day we stop.So my friend Pat has a 24 1/4" striper for the leaderboard entry. So if you want to go fishing with me only on the weekdays leave me a private message and we will talk and go.So good luck and GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS.........WOODY:bigfish::yes::thumbup::clappi ng2::photo4:

I am extremely envious that you could get out on one of the prettiest days of the year. Nice catching. You ought to try casting one of those BA or BKD around those piers when the LY supplies get low. Always enjoy your reports.

Got into some working birds on the 9th with my son. Had a blast, and caught a couple of nice fish.
