Here We Go

I just wanted to tell about an awesome scope for your muzzel loader or slug gun.
My son had the miss fortune of field testing the scope last season after trying to cross a small river in a canoe with his friend. They hit a rip in the current and flipped the canoe. Lucky both stayed level headed and stayed with the overturned canoe until they came across a low hanging tree that they could grab and pull themselves to the shore.
Both guns had went to the bottom in about 10 feet of water. I was able to locate a diver and we had to wait about four weeks before the water level and current decreased so he could try and retrieve the guns. I got lucky and he found my sons 11-87 with the Nikon Omega, the other gun was not found.
He brought it to me on the bank and to my amazement the scope was as clear as the day I bought it. I would have never thought that after being submerged for 4 weeks it would be any good. I cleaned up the 11-87 immediately and all is well with my son, gun and Nikon scope.
