Heres the deal: Got a brother-in-law that stood me up, and my Handyman that stood me up(wait till either one needs there cars fixed next time:nono:)
Had to get a new washer machine, and 32 yr old washer valves on well water are crusty, and I would like to get them replaced. There are 4 shut-off valves and about 1 stick of 1/2" copper pipe, fittings..... Total access to working area. This job will take me 6hrs, and a plumber 2. Anyone interested? Call my cell.
