Deleware fishing ?

thinking of retiring in deleware, is there good freshwater fishing as well as saltwater ? I mainly fish freshwater for crappies gills and perch plus walleye. Also started fishing recently on the flats for stripers. What would be a good area to live in that would have access to both kinds of fishing? I know it`s a lot of ?`s but want to research an area that is sort of layed back and has decent fishing around, any help appreciated, thanks

Hard to make a bad choice,good fishing all over the state,of course the futher down you go into slower Delaware the closer to the salt,I caught seven Rock today less then 10min's from my house and only was gone 2 hr's...good luck
