Recommend that you call ahead to Norview Marina to see if they have a working scale. I went there today without calling ahead and they said that their official scale was broken. I had to turn around and go back upriver to Locklies Marina, which was the next closest weigh-in station for me.
Phone number for Norview is 804-776-6463 and I think they monitor VHF radio.

What were you weighing ? You can always take it to J and W Seafood right up the road.

Weigh in information for NNAC tournaments.
Only weigh in marinas that are on the NNAC approved list can be used for NNAC tournaments. Fish must be delivered to the weigh in marina on the boat that was used to catch the fish - no land deliveries. Dave
