Breaking Fish Near the Target Ship

This afternoon, after the winds died down, there were hoards of breaking stripers starting less than a mile North of the target ship and continuing North. Many were on the smaller end of keepable, with a few somewhat larger. They were hitting the usual plastics and top water stuff.

ran into them last week about 2 miles south of the target ship water was boiling blues were tearing them up 18 to 20 inch rock fleeing for their lives we caught some that hardly had any scales for all the bitemarks on them
