Tried the Cell for Togs and Rockfish. Caught black willies two at at time and plenty of bluefish casting. No rocks or togs.

Plan on Toggin' Sat. Anyone fished for them yet other than this post? Wont be fishing the Cell. Havent been to the bay in 3 weeks so dont know the water temp. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Temp in the Rap at whitestone bridge was 52 on Sun.

Thanks for the report - wind scared me away this weekend but we plan on being out there Saturday AM.

Plan on trying for the Togs as soon as I can get a day off. Maybe sat. if the wind doesn't blow. Catching the Togs is a lot better than the Stripers in Diapers.
