Started out at the Misquito Point reef about 10 am. Blowin pretty good, couldn't buy a bite. Headed to the mouth around Windmill Point, found birds working. headed back up river, joined in the pursuit for a while, fish were trying to break some kind of speed record, turned and went back. Wind laid down about 3-3:30. Found loads and loads of dinks in 8'-17' of water, wailed on them with fly rods, anything that was chartreuse. Major fun, had them all to ourselves. my arm is killing me today. Went out to the fleet by WP light where birds were working, fish were even smaller than what we just came from. Flew home on flat seas.

Only three keepers in 6 hours of catching.

Thanks, Cap'n Hal for a lovely day and a tasty dinner!

Trolled a yozuri for about a minute, then went to casting. Didn't hear anybody doing better trolling, in close anyway. I hd my best luck on chartreuse 4" storms and Clousers.

The Big'uns are comin!
