A buddy of mine fished from Smith Creek on a charter last sunday and they had 4 big fish up to 40 lbs. They fished the Virginia line and the guy said these were the first of the fall season that he had caught. They had out a 16 rod spread using planer boards and all 4 were caught using umbrellas.
