I have two 12 year olds coming down this weekend to Carters Creek. They want to go fishing by themselves in my small boat - do you think there are any fish left in the creek? If so what should they do bottom fish/troll on top, etc?

There has been more than enough small stripers cruising the creeks of the Bay and Rivers. However, as the water cools, most will be joining their friends in larger bodies, or start making the trek back up the rivers to await the larger females of the Spring. I would think, because of the warm weather we are having, that the boys could slow troll or cast small plastics or bucktails within Carter's Creek and catch a fish or two, or three....
