Fishing violations
The Maryland Natural Resources Police issued citations to seven people for possessing undersized black sea bass. The sea bass season opened Nov. 1 and will close Dec. 31. Sea bass must measure at least 12.5 inches.
Receiving citations in Worcester County waters on Nov. 6 were Donzell Henry Marshall, 50, of Capital Heights, Md.; Michael L. Little, 43, of Clinton, Md.; Larry Horace Fulton, 53, of Baltimore; Desiree Antoinette, 47, of Lewes, Del.; Elvin Philip, 37, of Frederick, Md.; Lijia Yu, 56, of Rockville, Md.; and Yang Chang, 40, of Baltimore. Police said 150 undersized fish were seized and donated to Diakonia, a crisis shelter in West Ocean City.
