It looks like I can finally start doing some fishing. The boat has been running well and I am starting to find time here and there to take her out.

I'll be staying near the mouth of the Rappahanock, what speeds and where should I try trolling? Sunday I was out and my GPS speed said I was doing 3 knots, depending upon if I was going into the wind or against, my water speed said I was doing 1.5 or 3 knots as well.

If I jig for trout, where should I try and what / how should I be jigging?

I have not put my echo sounder back together yet so this fall I may be fishing blind. I know this is alot to ask for, but I would be grateful for any help.

Chiles - go to that drop off by R2 and keep it between 2.5 and 3.2. Troll a Chartreuse Stretch 25 and a 6" Storm behind a mojo or a bucktail behind a Mojo or 24-28 oz weight.

Try that spot where Sean broke the Windcheater too, there are always fish there this time of year.

B Mail me for a couple of other spots.
