Headed north out of Deltaville and got into them. A beehive and gannets awaited us, and we caught steadily for about and hour. Larger fish were in the mix though most were 18-21". Limited out with a nice 26 and 24 and couple othere in the lower 20's. Mojos and storms were the ticket and we would jig the mojo three times and they would crush the storm. Caught two on a chartreuse stretch too. heading back in we same a pile of birds at the bar. great day on the water.

Glad you got some with size- we wore ourselves out working birds from Windmill Point out to R2. Barely managed two keepers and wore my thumb down to the first knuckle releasing dinks - fun on the flyrod but my arm is cursing me today!

Feeshon,
I had a blast. Thanks for the radio call. We caught a 25" at the same location and could not have been too far behind you because we saw the same group of birds on the way back. We slowed down and only put two lines out, both with bait colored storms and Mojo's. We landed about 10 fish, only of which 4 were keepers. We also had a leader get broken, not sure if it was because of large fish, or poor knot tying. The largest fish taken there was 22" but he was a fatty. We stayed there until last light and I made it back to Broad Creek by 5:00.

Total count was 5 in the bucket and only 1 fish shy of our limit.

What an awsome day on the bay.
