Not trying to rain on anyones parade, they are some nice pictures of deer and congrats on them but beware of posting your hunting grounds. The internet is very useful and can be helpful but also a killer.Just look at the fishing in the bay and honeyholes.I see and hear of it everyday people from all over hearing of how good the hunting is or clubs practicing QDM for years and killing lots of nice deer and then the word gets out, next thing you know these trophy hunters from the city and all over come and rent your hunting grounds out from under neath you or your club that you have been hunting for years on or perhaps even raised hunting on.It happens every year more and more especially in those big deer counties.Again congrats on the nice deer but beware.

You are right about that. The good ole boys that have held low leases for years can be taken over by
folks offering MUCH more money, especially after they hear of the BIG bucks killed on that land. It's like yelling and hollering after you land land a BIG fish. You will have company!.........Gary

There is no such thing as a low lease around here anymore but as much money as being forked out to kill a deer their are people chomping at the bit to pay twice as much .I have a gentlemans agreement on one farm we hunt for free but we are insured to hunt it and fix any paths we tear up as well as maintaining the farm. Not much of that going on anymore.Already had someone trying to lease it out under us for big money but fortunatly a mans word and trust in folks he lets hunt his land is worth more than some one he doent know or his money but not a whole lot of that goes on anymore.

I agree with Josh. Most people will just sneak onto the property, posted or not, and hunt as if they own the place. I found someone's cigarette butts in one of my stands this year.

Yep you are right !
I agree , hunting property is getting scarce . I am lucky to have a close buddy that owns some sweet property, I help out around the farm in exchange for hunting. Lots of folks out there that wouldn't think twice about snaking someone out of their lease. Establish a good relationship with the land own is a must.
