Flounder and sea bass were to be discussed yesterday, anyone hear about next years regs yet?

For sea bass there will be no winter season.. Under MSA they had to have a reduction. I understand MD made a motion for a lower creel of 10 fish but longer season but was told that it couldnt be done. Here is what was adopted: Black SeaBass 2011 13" Minimum 7/1 - 10/1 and 11/1 - 12/31 There is some talk of breaking the management into regions or zones as it was the northern states where the ones causing the need for the large reduction.
Flounder: I heard that the talk was good for the fishery overall. i havent heard whether or not a md could get a conservation equivalency for the bay.
