Going tomorrow, who else??

I plan on going tomorrow and either launching from deep bottom or Jordan Point. Who else is going and who can help me out with some bait??

Oh yes I will. But no boat just some long casting rods and some fresh bait.

I will be leaving out of Hopewell city ramp around 8:30. If you have a cast net try in the deeper creeks. I am bringing frozen bait if I don't get lucky. Fresh bait is nice but you can spend all day trying to find it. Good Luck. If you go out of Jordan Point try Powel Creek.

Well that was fun and no fish where caught. Still it was nice to get out and make the long casts.

We went/ tried to go. It was an absolute disaster. We were launching a boat for the first time since building it out. About half way from Franklin to Richmond, I said, "hey didn't you need to get life jackets when we were at Wal-Mart". So the search began. 2 1/2 hours later we found them and changed our plans, we went to Dutch Gap. Launched the boat. It looked awesome in the water. Go to fire it up......nothing. The wrong fuel line connector. Load the boat back on the trailer and back to the house around 2:30. Possibly the worst day ever of fishing/ trying to fish. Lesson learned. Check and double check stuff prior to the maiden voyage. The entire day was like getting kicked in the nuts time and time again. We will try again in a few weeks. Oh well that's fishing.
