It will be outside tables - let's hope for mild weather.

Show runs from 8:00 - 2:00 - Feb 19 & 20. We'll need some help setting up before and packing up after each day, too

Guys I'm out for sat the 19th. That's a big scouts day for bret. I may be there sat am for a while for some relief midday. At this point it may be better for me to plan on sunday for either setup or close up. Gonna have to play it by ear. Sorry.

What time are we setting up?

Show opens at 8:00 both days - so I'm thinking if we get there around 7:00 it should give us plenty of time to set up and get ready. Skip has all the merchandise so whenever he gets there we can set up!! We all know he likes to sleep late on weekends :innocent:

I didn't get the memo. Got there at 6:30 and Wayne said he didn't think WAF was coming Sunday. By 7:30 someone next to the WAF table said the same thing - everything sold on Saturday. Left at 7:45.
